What Label & Sticker Mockup does and how it behaves

Place a finished label or sticker design onto a bottle, jar, or other product surface to judge how the artwork reads when it appears to wrap around the object. The preview adds a bend effect, so flat artwork can be evaluated in a product context rather than as an isolated rectangle. The common surprise is that this is a visual mockup, not a production template: apparent curvature and placement help presentation, but they do not establish exact print dimensions, bleed, adhesive behavior, or a die-cut path.

How the result is produced

Artwork placement

The supplied label or sticker artwork is placed over a bottle, jar, or product surface. The resulting mockup shows the relationship between the graphic and the visible object, including its apparent scale, alignment, margins, and front-panel prominence. Judge the design against the object's visible face rather than treating the mockup as a measured package drawing.

Bend preview

The bend effect changes the apparent shape of the artwork so it looks attached to a curved surface. Its influence is most noticeable near the side edges, where words, logos, borders, and illustrations may appear compressed or turn away from view. The preview does not calculate circumference, seam overlap, label-stock stretch, or distortion from a manufacturing process.

Good uses

Testing whether a beverage label's product name, flavor, and main illustration remain visually dominant when shown on a bottle instead of as flat artwork.
Comparing alternative front-panel arrangements for a cosmetic jar before choosing which concept to present to a client, buyer, or internal review group.
Checking whether important text or decorative borders sit too close to the visually receding sides of a curved package, while leaving exact production clearance to the printer's template.

Limits and checks

Treat the bend as a visual effect, not a measurement. It cannot prove that the artwork has the correct width for a container's circumference or that its ends will meet with the intended gap or overlap.
A convincing on-screen image does not confirm print quality. Small text, fine rules, gradients, and source-image sharpness still need to be checked at the final physical size using the printer's required file and proofing process.
The mockup does not establish how the real material will react to gloss, texture, transparency, adhesive, seams, tapered walls, lighting, or imperfect application. Those factors can change contrast, reflections, alignment, and apparent distortion.

Common questions

Can this produce a print-ready label?

No. The mockup helps assess visible placement and curved appearance, but it does not define production dimensions, bleed, safe areas, cut contours, color tolerances, or material specifications. Build the print file from the printer's template and requirements, then use this tool as a presentation and review step rather than as the manufacturing source.

Is my unreleased label artwork uploaded?

No. The label or sticker artwork is handled in the browser and is not uploaded. This is relevant when previewing unreleased packaging concepts, although it does not replace controls over screenshots, browser extensions, shared computers, saved exports, or copies that you deliberately distribute.
