The tool's contract is to compose entered text on a 16:9 canvas and export the result as PNG, so the output is a widescreen raster image carrying the entered wording. Nothing in the output can be edited later - a fact users tend to discover after exporting.

How the result is produced

One 16:9 canvas, one export

Every element you add - title text, body copy, a chart, icons - is arranged on the same fixed 16:9 canvas, the aspect ratio PowerPoint and Keynote slides use by default. The tool renders the whole canvas as a single PNG file, so the export is one raster image of the composed slide: no pages, nothing outside the widescreen frame.

Raster limits

PNG is a raster format: the exported file stores pixels, not text or chart objects. Once exported, the title is colored dots - it cannot be selected, searched, spell-checked, or re-edited, and the chart cannot take new data. Enlarging the image in a deck stretches those same pixels, so sharpness at full-screen size is capped by the export resolution.

Good uses

  • You need a single data slide - a headline, a chart, a takeaway - to embed in a report, an email, or a web page without opening a presentation application.
  • You are assembling a deck in a tool that takes images as slides, or you want a static 16:9 graphic in deck styling for a social post or video thumbnail.
  • You must hand a slide to someone as a finished, uneditable visual - a PNG guarantees the layout, colors, and wording are exactly what you approved, and no one can alter them afterward.

Limits and checks

  • No edits after export. The PNG stores pixels, so text cannot be corrected, fonts cannot be changed, and chart values cannot be updated. Any revision - a typo, a new figure - means building the slide again.
  • The frame is always 16:9. Material composed for a square or portrait format must be cropped or letterboxed elsewhere; verify everything that matters fits the widescreen frame before you export.
  • Sharpness is fixed at export. A raster image has one resolution, so text can look soft when the slide is blown up on a large projector or under heavy zoom. If the slide will be displayed full-screen, check the exported file's pixel dimensions rather than assuming it will be sharp.

Common questions

Can I edit the text or chart after exporting the PNG?

No. The exported file is a flat raster image, so the text and the chart are part of the pixels and cannot be changed in any image or presentation tool. Fixing a typo or updating a figure means regenerating the slide with the corrected content and exporting again.

Will the slide image fit my deck and stay sharp when projected?

It fits any deck whose slides are set to 16:9 - the current default in PowerPoint and Keynote - and it looks as sharp as its pixel resolution allows. In a 4:3 deck the image keeps its widescreen shape and gets empty space at the sides. For full-screen projection, check the PNG's pixel dimensions and, if the tool offers a size choice, take the largest, since raster text softens when scaled up.
